Most product development training focuses on improving methodology, while most AI training focuses on using the technology more effectively. This workshop takes a different approach by exploring how product development systems and AI work together to improve the quality of decisions made where teams, disciplines and processes intersect. Rather than treating AI as another productivity tool, participants will learn how to use it as a thinking partner within product and process development, helping leaders deliberately design stronger development systems that reduce rework and improve organisational capability.

This workshop is designed for product and process development leaders who want to strengthen the way development decisions are made across their organisation.
It is suited to leaders responsible for improving product development systems, connecting strategy with execution, and designing organisations where AI supports better judgement, stronger collaboration and more effective development outcomes.
This practical six-session program is delivered over seven weeks, with 45-minute online sessions (the first session runs for 60 minutes). Each session combines practical concepts, real-world examples and interactive discussion in manageable learning blocks.
Throughout the series you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share insights and apply the learning to your own organisation.
If you miss a session, don't worry. All sessions are recorded and made available through the Learning Management System, together with presentation slides, key point summaries and practical playbooks.
