Embed continuous improvement through practical application, AI-supported problem solving, standardisation, and scaling sustainably.
6 bite-sized sessions over 6 weeks - Wednesday 4,11,18, 25 November, 2, 9 December 2026
EVENT OVERVIEW:
This six-session online program helps participants turn continuous improvement from an idea into practical daily work and a sustainable organisational practice. It begins with the principles, mindset and business case for improvement, then moves into planning, workflow, invisible waste, communication, performance measures, structured problem solving, standardisation and scaling. Participants will apply the concepts to their own work between sessions and build an action plan for continued implementation. AI will be used as a structured thinking partner to clarify opportunities, test assumptions, identify gaps, analyse patterns, develop countermeasures and strengthen communication. Participants remain responsible for evidence, judgement and decisions.
